Depth is where the money is.

You can have hundreds or even thousands of PSA's in your first generation but this creates more work for you.

You have to keep track of what they are doing and then contact them to encourage them. You have to answer all the questions that they have. And they will all be at different levels of understanding.

This is why schools have different classes and don't just have all the students piled together in one room.

It's much easier to delegate some of the work to your movers. (and it encourages them as well)

Also think about it this way... If you can sponsor 6 people per week just by yourself then imagine how many 6 people can sponsor? (or more)

I have put around 3000 new PSA's in our team during the last 4 months. Of those I have kept about 10% as 1st generation and have divided the remainder amongst my movers. In fact one of my movers have more in their 1st Gen than I do as a result.
