In my opinion, it is worth it. You never know when a PSA or CSA might change their mind and become active. You never know if an email you will send to them is just the right trigger for your PSA/CSA to start working.
This is an online job and somewhat impersonal, so we sometimes tend to forget that people from our downline are just regular human beings with their regular everyday problems. Some of them might be confused with all the information regarding SFI business. Some of them might be skeptic because of so many scams on the Internet. Some of the affiliates might have some private issues that are preventing them from working.
I send supportive emails to all of my PSAs and CSAs even though most of them are inactive. I send them news about all the great features in SFI that can help them in their business. It doesn't cost me a thing, just a couple of minutes of my time weekly. And yet, maybe one of those emails will reach an inactive affiliate and push just the right button.
Finally, supporting my downline is a part of my job, so it's always worth it.
