I think most of us affiliates have experienced about our own downline PSAs and CSAs sometimes out of 10% only 1% is active or none. Most of the new signed up affiliates provided to be your downline sometimes they are just obeserving for a month on how this SFI program will works or else if you are lucky enough they will pursue and continue exploring/learning this program if they have an extra time to consume.
For me yes it is worthed to keep sending supportive emails to our inactive PSAs and CSAs and motivate them by showing our own support that we can help them and we must also give them a good example by showing your own success and teach them the SFI basic simple tips. It is also necessary to educate our downline hence they will not continue unless they understood the process. As a leader to motivate your top 10 movers you must also give them a reward (Free TCredits) for the games/auctions etc. and convince them to log on daily as this is also a way to keep them update and read the basic/training method. We must also explained that in business we cannot run unless we invest... We can only be successful if we will do.
