This is one of the questions that is interesting for most of the SFI members.
Personally, I think that it is worth to keep sending supportive emails to PSAs and CSAs who have 0 VP and been inactive for weeks or months.
That is because you'll never know whom of them and when they will become active.
Maybe some of them:
-didn't have enough time to study SFI, or
-didn't understand how this system works, or
-didn't have enough funds, or... Who knows?
Also, sending supportive emails to them don't require much effort and time, and there is some possibility that you'll have benefits from them in the future.
