Many people who sign up remain inactive for weeks and months only to become active at a later date. The reasons for this are many and varied: not knowing what to do, fear, family circumstances - procrastinating, busy with work etc..
I personally signed up and then because of work did not do anything about it until about 2 weeks later. The emails from Support and my Sponsor kept me aware of SFI and got me started. I currently have PSAs who have become active after long periods of absence. One of them is going to be an EA this month after being inactive for 2 months after joining.
Yes it is definitely worth it. Keep sending those supportive emails. Be patient and keep on persisting with them.
