In the beginning of your first year,you are looking for your best five.
Mine changed several times for the first six months.
If I had it to do over,I would pay for 50 a week just the first two weeks.
That way there would be enough time to help them get to 1500 v.p. their
first month.
From this group,use your Genealogy Report,found under My Account,Reports
and help your movers.They should be o.k. the first two weeks on their own.
Don't forget to send movers e-cards congratulating them as they succeed.
