Before I learn this tips, I was affraid to approaching people face to face. To speak with a stranger, five second is capital to break an ice to both of you. If in five second you don't see their eyes and say "Hi!", you won't speak at all. If they don't see your eyes, so don't hope to talk with them. But if they see yours, you can start to speak anything even the stupid thing like the weather. For someone you already know, I always speak the topic they like to talk about or family, and if they start to ask about what I'm doing, what news, or talk any products, that's I start to talk about SFI. Be honest and enthusiasm, cos they'll catch it. Even if they say NO, next time they know if they need something, they'll ask you.
