Most of us are shy to appraoch people that I can understand. Tips of ways to make it easier is:

1. Put up banners and Links on bulletin board--that way you dont have to talk.

2. Advertise online or local

3. Make en effort to share with family members first than try on others

4. Encourage yourself to do the impossible and act on positive steps to make the change needed

5. PUT ON " I can do it" hat and march out to share with strangers--it just takes ONE person to get you going.
