Some of the points, very important points you should include in your letter are;
1. A warm welcome.
To show how pleased and delighted you are to have them joining your team.
2. Invite them to participate in your co-op
In order to reduce the advertising cost, invite them to participate in your co-op (if you have set up one or more).
3. The offer of an SFI Gift Certificate, TCredits etc
As a token of appreciation for their achievement, offer some incentives for your new PSAs or CSAs. SFI Gift Certificate is one of the many things you can offer to your downlines, to encourage them and do better such as achieving 1500 VPs in their 1st month, attaining the EA rank or above or any other significant achievement.
4. An expression of your assistance and support.
Offer your assistance and let them know that you are available any time if they need your help. Provide them with your e-mail and contact number or let them know your website that offer some information or ask them to join you on your social website.
5 A small gift (optional).
An E-Books is a good one. Just to show them your appreciation for the team work and for whatever they have achieve as a Team.
