They have 10 days in which to do the 5 qualifying actions, and the $20 to buy the NMP also gains them more benefits than they would ordinarily have.

I would suggest a stream post twice weekly to include a reminder of the NMP requirements. by doing so two times, you should have all your team seeing NMP information at least three times within their first 10 days (welcome, leadership page, stream), so they will have reminders without trying to twist their arms.
