While out shopping or doing daily activities like filling up at a gas station, cashing out at grocery store, filling up your coffee or soda and kwick mart, going to drive thrus. Simply say Good day sir or mam, or Hi, great day isn't it?

Practice in a mirror with a friend or spouse. Write out a few things to say to people and go through the list before leaving or going out for the day. Practice or think about them while driving. One small step at a time should really break the ice.
Remember to smile! You can do it! I have the upmost confidence in you! You are a doer a go getter! Best of luck and Great question. Not every one is outgoing. When you start doing it, it will bring momentum and once you do it daily, when you miss a day it's like your day didn't feel complete.
