The rule of thumb is very simple.
If the person is doing badly, always try NOTt to mention the mistakes but mention what should have been done better.
You can start by saying,"You are doing a good job, but I believe you can do better".
For example, if you PSA has not logged in for a few days, you can tell him in your email: "I know you have been very busy these days, but I'm sure you will be able to find time spending a few minutes with SFI and keep it going.".
If you know that your Affiliate has never played games or do Auctions and has a lot of TCredits and MRPs. You can encourage him by explaining that these are valuable for getting Sales and Action VPs in playing games and participating in Auctions.
