Hello Sandra, Nice question that I am sure is relevant to all team members. This is what I do.
I login every day and quite often, multiple times a day, just to check whether I have any messages and if anything new has cropped up.
I attend to my ToDo list of tasks. I then go through the list to make sure I have earned every single VP that I possibly can. Just make sure that your VP are the same as today’s date in the daily actions section.
I then check out the Ask SC section to see if there are any questions open for answering and, if there are, I compose a great answer and enter it to receive more VP.
I communicate regularly with my team. Not every day but I send a team mail once weekly and when there is some news, I send this as well.
I check the TripleClicks store for new items in case there is something which I buy on a regular basis. If I have an upcoming Birthday, I check the TripleClicks store for gifts. It is just so convenient to purchase gifts from your own country and adds to your tally of VP.
I have a look at my messages to see if anyone has a specific question that they want answering and I research and get the answer and compose a reply to them.
I play the games. Such a great way to increase your MRP and your knowledge as well. When my MRP reach a suitable amount, I make a purchase from the TripleClicks store. I purchase mainly more PSAs and thus increase my team.
I have my own website where I post the SFI news and have several pages dedicated to learning which is made brief and which team members can go to for help even when they can’t reach me. I regularly post the SFI news and anything else which I think might help members to build their business.
