There's really nothing much you can do with PSAs who do not want to recruit affiliates or otherwise engage in duplication. He may be shy or not comfortable with talking to people, or recruiting by other means.
However, when reviewing your PSA’S Snapshot Profile, you will know about his goal when he joined SFI, whatever it is.
With this information, you can tailor your messages that will refer to his goal.
Keep him in the loop by sharing information and tips about good business practices. If there is an interesting post in the Forum, or answer from Ask SC that deals with PSAs/CSAs who are not interested in building their business just like him, include the link for him to check out and read. He may feel better that he's not alone after all and may start to think about it.
You can also encourage your indifferent PSA to just enjoy himself by playing the Eager Zebra games and participate in contests that do not require recruiting.
Invite your PSA to read more to increase knowledge and personal development. Over time his attitude may change as he gains more information and learn more about SFI.
