An important question affecting all team Leaders you have raised. Thanks.

The principles of duplication works best with active and responsive PSAs. The truth is not all PSAs loves the idea of recruiting others perhaps because of fear, shyness, inexperience or what they have experienced from some network marketing schemes.

What then is to be done?
1. Keep sponsoring and encourage your PSAs to keep learning.
2. Lead by example. Sometimes, you need to hold them by the

There's really nothing much you can do with PSAs who do not want to recruit affiliates or otherwise engage in duplication. He may be shy or not comfortable with talking to people, or recruiting by other means.

However, when reviewing your PSA’S Snapshot Profile, you will know about his goal when he joined SFI, whatever it is.

With this information, you can tailor your messages that will refer to his goal.

Keep him in the loop by sharing information and tips about

What should you do? Stay focus with below tips;
Team Leader Standardize.
 - Every individual PSA has difference character, mind and view to move them to achieve what they wanted in their SFI business. As a leader, we have to maintain our status and responsibility as a team leader or their upline.

DO and DON`T.
- The most important things here is a long as your PSA are still active with their status and keep maintaining EA rank is more than enough. But remember, our responsibility

Not wanting to recruit or not being interested in recruiting SFI team members doesn't necessarily mean that someone is not interested in making a success out of their SFI business.

One of the truly awesome things about SFI is that it offers a number of DIFFERENT streams of income and some people choose to utilise some of the other methods instead, like promoting and selling TripleClicks products. This is more likely to be the case if the person requires, or wants to see, a steady income

Let's look at the worst case scenario, they never decide to duplicate themselves.

Some people enter affiliate marketing and never have the option to recruit a downline because their affiliate program is direct commissions only with no network marketing aspects to it. The median income of affiliates like this is between $34,000 and $60,000 per year and top earned make in excess of a million dollars annually just promoting sale of products.

With other affiliate programs the customer

Hello

I really understand what one may go through when this situation arises when the PSAs do not want to recruit affilites. But this is bound to happen. Out of hundred you may only get five quality PSA who ll duplicate. So as for your question on what you should do with the PSAs who are not duplicating or recruiting, I shall say that there isnt much we can do unless until the PSAs will to, it ll have to come from them as we cant force anyone , however please do not give up at any point.

My first reaction to this question is to advise you to tread with caution. Reason is, I very much doubt if it is within your purview to dictate to your affiliates how to run their businesses. Be reminded that your affiliates are individual and separate business persons who have the right and sole responsibility to run their businesses the way they please. If they choose not to engage in duplication, it is their choice but your role should be purely advisory. In that light, you can do the following;

1.

In SFI everybody knows that duplication is the key to success. If the affiliates want to be successful solely depend on their tripleclicks store; explain to them that it is possible but they need to advertise for it as well so why don't do both??

Maybe the affiliates did not know how to recruit and be a leader. They might just need a little encouragement, knowledge and support from you, their sponsor.
My experience when I first join SFI is I did not want to recruit or sponsoring anybody.

Dear Bob

Great question !

Almost everyone in SFI faces the same situation and problem.

You must have heard about the saying “You can take a horse to the river; but you cannot make him to drink water.

Similarly, the affiliates who do not want to recruit or otherwise engage in duplication should be left to decide their own future. They are the best judge for themselves.

At the most we can do the following:

1. Tell them the advantages

It must be understood at outset that SFI business is all about recruiting affiliates and the whole process is duplicated to have a successful career. Therefore, as sponsor it is the paramount duty to be always motivated in order to motivate the team.

Leading your team by example is the best way forward. Get back to your lessons,be an awesome sponsor.Have a thorough understanding of the Compensation plan, Basics and having 5 PSAs in order to a team leader earning big money.
