I am sure a lot of the people joining are not wanting to find people to bring into SFI. When they join they have no clue what they are joining and when it is sharing the business with others this makes them very shy and they start to back off.
When members join they either have the get up and go or they need to be pushed. I try to work with the first bunch because I know I can relate to them more. They get the whole picture of the business and the different ways to earn a commission. If you have to do their work for them that is very hard. I will devote my time to help them but if I see they are not signing in each day or not doing their tabs then I start backing off. I will give a 100% to my downline so long as I feel they are doing the same.
You will know which ones will recruit and which ones won't. Also, when a member of my downline becomes an EA I make a big deal about it because now this means they need to support their downline. And, I share how important it is to help them get off to a good start. When you share with your EA the responsibilities that they have they now realize they also have people depending on them.
I also from day one make sure to share with my downline to save all my emails so when they become an EA and they do not have the answer just maybe one of my emails does have the answer for them. And, of course, I mention to send me an email if they need my help.
