That is a great question and one I had thought about also. However, I believe that just maybe the new enrollees do not know they have a message center to go to. I am sure that when they joined the information given to them most likely does not share to check your email. It makes sense since there are so many that join but, after the first day they do not come back.
I have put in a suggestion to ask if there could be some wording during the time of joining to share for them to check their in box. Just maybe we would be able to save a lot of them on that first day they are assigned to us if SFI could share ahead of time about this.
What I have been doing until, hopefully, they accept my suggestion is sending them a message through their personal email. On the genealogy page it shows that if the email is white that stands for inactive but, if it is green then it is active. Hopefully, when they receive their email from their sponsor and we share about their email on SFI they will start signing in and just maybe they will be more excited about the business since they know there is someone to help them.
Hope this helps to answer your question as it is certainly worth a try.
