When you create a message using Genealogy a copy is sent to you before sending it out to you Team. So if you are receiving this so is your team when you send it – we all have to log in and where required to confirm our email addresses (this message show in both your email and online SFI messages)
I think the real question is how do you know if you Team is reading their messages and emails, maybe ask them to confirm they have received it or prompt a response. Examples the first 20 to reply to this message with receive a free …….
