There may be some reasons that cause PSAs not to recruit or engage in duplication; they do not know how, do not have the resources or/and are here for different reasons, so what you do with each category of these PSAs differ:
1. Those who do not know how should be guided accordingly by encouraging and helping them to the sponsoring methods here: https://www.sfimg.com/Training/SponsoringTraining
Apart from these theoretical training materials, guide them also to ECAs and TC direct sales where they can purchases signups without going through the hassles of their own advertising, assuming they can afford it.
2. Some may be interested and even know how to go about sponsoring and duplication but lack the necessary physical, time and financial resource to forge ahead. Those that lack the physical and time resources, need to be encouraged to purchase outright as I mentioned in #1 above, assuming they can afford it, but it becomes extremely difficult if they cannot also afford it financially and there is little you can do in this situation unless you want to be directly helpful by reassigning affiliates to them, assuming they are making efforts.
Those that have problem with only finance may need to be assisted or shown how to advertise for free; free classified sites, face-to-face recruitment, social networks and warm market.
3. The other category are those that are here for reasons other than sponsoring and duplication. Remember that SFI offers various ways to earn; TC sales, ECA, member listing, PPA and Pricebender. As you can see they may be comfortable with any or a combination of these other income generating activities.
However, you may still make efforts to extend their portfolio of interests just by highlighting the benefits of sponsoring and duplication. Let them know about direct commission, VP match, TC executive pool and leverage income. Also let them know that it is more advantageous to spread their risks and/or increase their earnings potential by extending their current interest to include sponsoring and duplication.
