This is a great question. I can tell you that your team members will always get your emails if they are within guidelines and they white list [email protected] and your email. Many members feel that team messages are only received by the affiliates are logged into the SFI affiliate center and this is not so. Mail is sent to the personal email address provided by the affiliate. So if they provide a valid email they will be getting messages. Without white listing, the messages will be sent to the spam folder.
So be sure to recommend to your affiliates to white list your email address and [email protected]. Give them specific instructions how to do it if they say they have not received your emails. The stream is internal and chat is internal. Those messages one has to be logged in to receive. ECA updates as well require the affiliate to be logged in to see the update.
