I really understand what one may go through when this situation arises when the PSAs do not want to recruit affilites. But this is bound to happen. Out of hundred you may only get five quality PSA who ll duplicate. So as for your question on what you should do with the PSAs who are not duplicating or recruiting, I shall say that there isnt much we can do unless until the PSAs will to, it ll have to come from them as we cant force anyone , however please do not give up at any point. You can:-
. Keep on reminding them of the various benefits they ll get if they recruit affilliates like the action versa points once their PSA qualify, the commissions etc.
.keep encouraging your PSAs hopefully they ll speed up.
. May be your PSAs dont have enough knowldge due to lack of reading, so send them testimonials of successful leaders, some forum posts, valuable information etc via group mailer or e mail.
. Best of mine is dialogue, talking if possible via phone skype etc may also encourage them.
