Admittedly, recruiting and duplication is a must to have a successful business. But perhaps you should understand your PSA first. What is his or her reason for joining SFI? Maybe sales is his/her forte? Then you can teach him/her to promote TripleClicks and get commissions through PRMs.
Or are they business owners with a store? Then promote the ECA programme to them. That might be the advert that caught their eyes in the first place.
Or maybe you PSA is the shy kind? Is not comfortable with talking to people. Then you can explain that there are more ways to recruit than face to face marketing.
Your PSA can be sucessful without a team. But it would take a lot more effort on his/her part to maintain that successfulness. A team is what makes a compounding effect. Small effort, big rewards.
I would say, understand your PSA first. Discuss goals, objective, dreams, etc.
