Think like a winner and train your mind by playing often and learning how the majority thinks about the different things asked.
Don't be prejudiced because a few of the questions are about animals found largely in America because we are equally lost when it's animals of Australia, or the Congo, birds of Malaysia or other global questions. I see too many small minded people on here talking about a fictional slant on this game leaning toward American or Canadians and it's hogwash. Put the racial / national divide aside and be object, studious, and open minded.
The Internet browser open that some have suggested has no real benefit. These questions were asked in house with different survey options than surveys done anywhere else so studying what you and your fellow SFI Affiliates have answered will do you far better than trying to have a browser open and searching for answers that most likely will be incorrect.
Make sure to play as many times as you can afford to do for a couple months and then you should be knowledgeable enough to win a few and recoup some of those losses.
