Certainly, you have to acknowledge him/her having logged in to his/her SFI homepage. It doesn’t matter whether your affiliate has been away for a month, 6 months, a year or more. You really didn’t know what had happened to your affiliate during his/her long absence. It might be due to being busy at work, due to health or financial reasons, or simply was just not focused to SFI being a legitimate internet company that would give him/her a chance to improve his/her current financial independence and/or personal development.
As a team leader, you should welcome your affiliate’s return to your team fold. You are like a parent welcoming your son/daughter who has abandoned you as a good father or a good mother of a family. Here’s what you could possibly say to your comebacking affiliate:
1.) “Hi! ______, welcome back to SFI and to my SFI team in particular. You have missed a lot of good things in SFI while you were away. But please don’t worry (name), I will help you keep updated and be back on where you need to be as far as keeping yourself abreast with the latest SFI information and business developments. Again, you are very welcomed again to my SFI team-fold.
2.) “Hi! ______, welcome back!!! You really don’t know how much I appreciate your SFI comeback. Some of your peers are now well ahead of SFI basics and they are busy continuing their SFI involvement and education. I won’t ask anymore what had happened to you. The most important thing is that you have given yourself another chance to know SFI better and a second chance for us to work together as a team for our mutual benefits. Rest assured that I would be here for you to guide you in your SFI involvement and development. Just be sure that you log in your SFI homepage daily since this is the very focal point of your SFI progress as you go along your path of success.
