I think this is good question and more or less all sponsor or co-sponsor gets this question from their members. In anxiety, member wants to become Team Leader and also sponsor/co-sponsor also ask to go ahead in anxiety. Some times it is wrong to advise to become Team Leader if member do not have sufficient team to justify himself. It is important to look at the pros & cons of becoming Team Leader before we take final decision. In my opinion, if member have sufficient hard working team members (particularly EA2s) who are helping them to generate more VPs then it is worth to become Team Leader. If they have five active PSAs and if they. support them to become EA2 or BTL ...then they get 100, 150..... VPs . It helps to achieve action points. Tell them that to become BTL, they need 2000 ( max.) purchase or sale points and 1000 action points. If they can do it with proper investment / profit ratio then it is worth and they should. Otherwise, do not go for Team Leader. It is important to look at the interest of our team member also and we should guide them properly so that they will also make some money. I always feel that I can grow only if my team grows. My will grow if we guide them properly. This is win win situation and helps in any business. Think of long term and also think of team interest. This will pay you a lot in long term. Do not think that you are discouraging members from becoming Team Leaders but guiding them for their betterment.
