When I am asked by a prospect what my role in SFI is, what should my answer be?

This is really good question to answer. In SFI, you play all kind of roles. You are owner or director of your own business. You are a Partner,sales person, finance person, accountant,adviser, colleague, boss, consultant etc. You name the role and it is there. In each role, you act differently which teaches you as well as develops your personality.
It is your own business and your the boss. You can play any of the above role to make your business successful. You have lot of opportunities with SFI and it depends on you to take benefit of this. People who take this seriously and do it with full dedication and sincerity are successful. It is important to have trust, faith etc. if we want to enjoy our role.
Keep any one role in your mind and try to look at SFI business,you will find in it. This is the magic of this business. Your role in SFI is vast and depending upon the situation, you have to act.

What are the best ways by which one can measure his/her success in SFI?

In my opinion, this is subjective and it varies from individual to individual. It is easy if you define your goals initially and then compare the results. These are quantitative measures. To give an example, one May decide that I shall recruit five members in the first month and if he /she achieves it then one is successful and measure is straight forward. Similarly you can decide by what time, you want to become EA,BTL, ...GTL etc. I feel then it is easy to measure your performance. So I feel that deciding our goals in the first step and then compare with the results is the best way to measure his/ her success either in SFI or even in other field. This practice is good for measurement because then results become measurable . I think this question is important for all and everyone should measure our own as well as team members performance. This helps to rectify our strategy immediately if some one is deviating from their goals. Probability wise, Constant measuring performance helps to reduce risk of failure and it is essential. This is wha I do but may not be the best way. Take this if you agree with me.

Why is it important to have a good SFI account photo? And what makes a good photo?

We always say that first impression is last impression. It is natural that every one likes good things. Similarly with photo. People love to see beautiful girl or handsome boy. If your photo is good, most of the time, people will think good about you and you impress others. Particularly when it is e-marketing where we do not meet each member face to face, you try to gain people trust by making good impression. Though your communication gives some what impression about you but as a human being we all are comfortable when we see face / image /photo etc. and then we start imagine about that person based on our own experience in our life. So always try to give best photo to make good impression about you and develop good business relations.
Do you see yourself in such situation and start thinking. If yes then only I am successful in communicating my thoughts.

Should I encourage or discourage my PSAs who want to become Team Leaders right away?

I think this is good question and more or less all sponsor or co-sponsor gets this question from their members. In anxiety, member wants to become Team Leader and also sponsor/co-sponsor also ask to go ahead in anxiety. Some times it is wrong to advise to become Team Leader if member do not have sufficient team to justify himself. It is important to look at the pros & cons of becoming Team Leader before we take final decision. In my opinion, if member have sufficient hard working team members (particularly EA2s) who are helping them to generate more VPs then it is worth to become Team Leader. If they have five active PSAs and if they. support them to become EA2 or BTL ...then they get 100, 150..... VPs . It helps to achieve action points. Tell them that to become BTL, they need 2000 ( max.) purchase or sale points and 1000 action points. If they can do it with proper investment / profit ratio then it is worth and they should. Otherwise, do not go for Team Leader. It is important to look at the interest of our team member also and we should guide them properly so that they will also make some money. I always feel that I can grow only if my team grows. My will grow if we guide them properly. This is win win situation and helps in any business. Think of long term and also think of team interest. This will pay you a lot in long term. Do not think that you are discouraging members from becoming Team Leaders but guiding them for their betterment.

Is it wise to 'bribe' your downline with Gift Certificates, TCredits or other incentives? Or does this practice come back and bite you?

In my opinion, it is a perception of a person. When we offer something to motivate people for their better job can be consider as a motivation and not "bribe". This is a token of appreciation given willingly to appreciate good job. In case of bribe, it is by compulsion or by force offer is made.The intentions are totally different when we offer these tokens as a motivation and as a bribe. Are we saying bribe when a prize is distributed to student who comes first in the class or school. In my opinion, this can be an excuse to avoid offering gifts.
