Personally I think every way as spelt out at SFI is the best way. However the important thing here is the members need to motivate themselves to accept the motivations provided by their Sponsor or any of their upline.
The trouble here is not ignorance but inaction.
The purpose of the leaders are to illustrate by doing what they want their member to do however if the members do not log in how can they even know what their leaders are doing.
It comes to one thing it is their choice they need to want it to really become or don't become at all.
Everyone is looking for better future which lies dimly in the future, but to do what lies clearly at hand is ignored.
Continue motivating and encouraging you may even be successful one day in getting team leaders birthed in your team.
