I would just start by introducing myself to the new PSA and then I would just send them a message stating my Email, Facebook, Skype and maybe even Phone number.. Anything so the PSA can easily contact me..
Most people offer to help or ask if the new PSA has any questions but how can (s)he ?
New PSA's do not know anything about SFI so it is hard to have questions about something they do not know yet.
Maybe in the first chat you can point your PSA to the 3 tabs underneath your picture saying "START" "SFI BASICS" and "LAUNCHPAD" so (s)he know where to start..
I offer them my help on several way's when they do know some more about SFI.
To use a chat to attract NEW PSA's you should never discuss SFI or anything.. I just befriend new people and talk about the kids and life's subjects.. At one point they all start to ask about what it is I do for a living and the door for SFI is then open.. I know the last bit of the answer was not really your question but I believed this was something that will fit with the question.
