An encounter with a new affiliate is very critical as it is a make or mar, and this can be very challenging. However, you have all the answers in on your palms. Here are some basic suggestions, by no means all inclusive:
1. Warmly welcome the new affiliate to the SFI global business community
2. Tell the new affiliate it was a wise choice to join SFI and heartily say a 'congratulations' to the new affiliate
3. Ask the new affiliate a rhetorical question: the purpose for joining SFI - Almost everyone is here for economic leverage and the new affiliate cannot be different.
4. Whatever be the response, assure the new affiliate that SFI is a real business for all on board through which any level of economic empowerment and financial success can be attained. Let him/her know that he will be working independently but with 100 percent support from SFI and you, the upline, to achieve success by promoting numerous products and services on TripleClicks, the web-based E-commerce center that every SFI affiliate promote, and bring products and services providers to sale them on the center. Announce that the new affiliate can own a shop on TrippleClicks also !
5. Let the new affiliate know that SFI is not, however , a 'get rich quick scheme' but that success in SFI is sure with right-paces, well defined actions, consistency and patience; that since real success does not come in a hurry, that SFI is designed for real or sustainable success so average handwork and maximum patience are sine-qua-non,for the business to fully mature for ultimate financial gains. Assure the new affiliate with these words: "I know you can do this."
7. Announce to the new affiliate SFI has designed a special one month training to equip every affiliate like you(mention the personal name)called "Launchpad"
8. Tell the new affiliate that before starting the training that the basic thing to do is to properly set up the account by working through the instructions on the 'To-Do-List' page found on the top left side of his/her SFI Member Home Page, for which set up he/she will be rewarded for each action by SFI with Points.
9. After the set up, he/should click on the 'Launchpad' to take the first training, explore the links on the training briefly and claim points where available following instructions, and answering the main question at end of the launchpad for the first day.
10. Encourage the new affiliate to spend sometime clicking on each button or menu on the home page, to view and familiarize his or herself with the SFI website/page, after gonging through the day's Launchpad. Let the affiliate know that although there is so much information on the sight, the focus should be on the 'To-Do-List' and Launchpad in the the first month, and the 'SFI Basics' pages.
On a final note, finally, encourage the new affiliate to return each day to work through the 'To-Do-List' and take a 'Launchpad' lesson in the first month. Kindle the hope of the affiliate of a bright future in SFI, assuring that you will always be available to assist anytime.
