I believe it is best to get to know your PSA. Let them know you care how they get on, without pushing the "I succeed if you succeed" line because at an early stage, that sounds like you are using them - until they understand the concept of network marketing.
I like to ask them about themselves, family, goals, etc.
I recommend to them to do the LaunchPad tasks, & contact me any time they need some help, guidance, or just want to chat.
Build rapport & let them know you are there to help, then you won't lose them when they get frustrated.
