- Try to be friendly with your PSA.
- Know about him/her.
- Discuss about his/her goals in life.
- Know about her/his approach towards goals.
- Discuss about SFI.
- Present SFI in a different way and should be interesting.
- Try to know why is she/he in SFI.
- Try to give some interesting yet important message on SFI.
- Let her/him visualize SFI in a bigger way.
- Try to set her/his dreams.
- Her/his approach.
- Try to give him/her some idea on dreams to achieve on time, i mean fix up time line for achievement of her/his goals.
- Finally set her/his goals.
- Ask for the action plan.
- Try to help him/her in one or two cases if possible.
- Then finally ask her/him to duplicate the whole process.
