Hi! Patricia
When you initiate an online chat with a new PSA, what should you discuss?
“Be curious about other people and make it your goal to find out what's fascinating and unique about them”
This is the most popular general approach you'll hear people mention. It comes up again and again in all kinds of places.
The idea here is that you're primarily going to be a question asker and a listener and focus the discussion on the other person.
Your 'mission' in the conversation is to discover what makes the other person interesting.
A benefit of this approach is that it predisposes you to adopt a positive, friendly frame of mind.
Its basic premise implies that everyone is worth talking to if you dig past any surface preconceptions you may have of them.
And since you're likely to actually find something interesting about the other person, it ends up being a self-fulfilling prophecy.
This can be useful for people whose default setting is to be a little negative about their trust in others.
When applying this approach you can bring up things about yourself and share your own opinions about SFI.
This approach should be enough for bring the new PSA to ask more question about SFI.
At that point you didn’t need to think about what to tell, they gone ask you what they want to know about SFI, its better that way because you not gone said too much and I think the best way is to let them discover by them-self and bring them to read a lot more about SFI.
They need to be involve in their business and be willing to study and learn.
Good luck :)
