"When you initiate an online chat with a new PSA, what should you discuss?"
1) First thing is to introduce who you are. Try to connect as a friend, instead of business partner. This is to gain their trust and respect, in a long run. When you are online with them, try not to confuse them with the typical info on the business opportunity. Instead, you should focus on giving quality information. Share your successes and failures. Ask questions. Answer questions. You can post a link to your personal blog or website (that is your personal website, not a company replicated website). When you do this, you will build credibility and people will want to learn more about what you do.
2) Ask your new PSAs questions. Several examples include: (1) what do you do for a living? (2) Where are you from ? (3) Do you enjoy what you do for a living? and (4) have you ever considered starting your own home-based business?. These questions will help you identify a “problem area” in someone’s life. Once you identify a potential problem area, you can offer your assistance or solution to their problems.
When initiating contact with your downlines, focus on how you can help them. Support and assist your downlines, and you will build a stronger and more profitable group.
3) If you're chatting with a person who's primary language is different than your own, keep Google Translate open in another browser window so you can cut and paste text as needed to translate your conversation.
The above are points which I think can help you to understand your PSAs as their Sponsor. Besides, you can do your reading for all the follow-up required as outlined by SFI once you are notified about new PSA/sign-ups.
