Before anything you write to them you should be polite but in same time you should talk as your friends.Good advices allways open your chances for more earning.And i think the most important thing is not to make them work,but to make them NOT GIVE UP NEVER !
Also you can allways write in bottom for greeting what you are,like Team Leader.
