I will welcome the new PSA first and get to know him/her.

Then I will introduce myself first and ask some questions with regards to the reasons in joining SFI.

Then discuss the goals he/she wants to achieve for the particular month. Then plan the actions that need to be done to achieve those goals.

Then I will ask if he/she has concerns in mind. And will let him/her know that I will be supporting him/her in in SFI.

I will show him/her also the things that needs urgency like Fast Track and other things that are necessary to earn points.

In short, I will coach the new PSA to have less confusion and to be more productive.
