After introducing myself, the first thing I would do is ask the new PSA about himself and why he joined SFI. (Obviously, the new PSA could be female, but I'm using the male form for the sake of convenience.)
At this stage, it isn't about me, or about SFI. It's simply about getting to know the new PSA, and encouraging him to share his goals and dreams, and what he hopes to achieve with his online business. It's up to you to gauge the responses and judge where to go from there. The PSA might be looking for reassurance that SFI really can make a difference in his life. In that case, give it, with the provision that he will need to put in some work, and that it won't happen overnight.
If the PSA seems open to a more in depth conversation at this stage, you could find out about his previous experience in business, with the goal of using his previous experience to get him started as quickly as possible. For example, if he has products to sell, help him to set up an ECA store. If he already has contacts online, help him work out the best way to introduce the business to them. If he has family or friends who like to shop online, help him select TripleClicks products that might be of interest to them.
Remember, this is all about your new PSA. If he asks you questions about yourself, answer them, but otherwise keep the focus on him. Some people may not want to chat much at all, because they're too busy exploring the site, and that's fine. Just let them know you're always available, and how they can contact you.
If you have set up a training site for your team, it might be appropriate to tell your PSA about it in this conversation, but this is something you need to judge for yourself. I try to encourage all my PSAs to join my training site because it gives me an extra way to connect with them, and that's always useful, but I sometimes find it's better to send details about this in an email.
The most important thing to remember is to keep the focus on your PSA, and only talk about yourself and SFI when it's appropriate to do so in response to something your PSA has said.
