First, you have to welcome your new PSA to SFI and to your Team.
Second, introduce yourself, your background, etc. and let your new PSA know that you are there to support him.
Third, ask your new PSA why he/she joined and what are the plans he have.
Fourth, give him options. Discuss important aspects in SFI like Fast Track, EA status, Leadership Ranks, Standing order and everything the new PSA wants to know.
Lastly, share your story, realizations and learnings and encourage your new PSA to take charge of their goals.
