Firstly, and most importantly, is to just welcome them to SFI. Ask them some questions about themselves, get to know them, and try to ascertain some of their background and also their goals. DON'T immediately bombard them with everything they should be doing in SFI to earn money, this will scare them off. If they ask questions about what they should be doing, tell them. If they ask about how to earn money with SFI, tell them. But let them initiate the conversation, don't try and be a 'salesman' on the very first contact with your new PSA, that will evolve over time as they find their way around SFI and contact you for advice. What I do with every new PSA and CSA is send them a welcoming email, an 'ice-breaker', (try and do this via their personal email, not a SFI Mailer, as they will definitely read a personal email but may not read anything in SFI). I welcome them to SFI and advise them of the very basics they should be doing to get started in SFI, and also advise them that I am always there to help them along the way. This gives them a starting point in SFI and also shows that I care about my team, which is very important in getting your downline to gain trust in you as their sponsor. I then follow up at later intervals using my Genealogy Report for guidance, this gives me all the information I need as to how they are performing. If they are visiting the site every day and earning good VP, I congratulate them. If itlooks like they may be struggling or not visiting SFI on a regular basis, I ask themif there is anything I can do to help. Once again, this shows I care as asponsor, and willgain their trust. This allpays off in the long run, especially if they become very good active affiliates.
