Every month is a challenge for all of us in SFI. Irrespective of what we achieved the preceding month, we start from scratch all over again.
When we keep developing a strong team continuously we have little to worry about.
There is no retirement age as for as SFI business is concerned. As long as one health or other situation permits one can go on remaining in this business.
However, if you feel like passing on the baton to your siblings or family members you can do so. You can groom such a person when you deem fit so that he or she will be fully conversant with all aspects of SFI business, i.e. strategies, team development, team motivation, etc.
When you feel the right time to retire, you will be very confident that the mantle has been passed on to a person who is highly fit enough to ensure that the business grows and provides income for all concerned continuously.
You are the best judge to decide the time to groom the person and the time to make him/her responsible for the business. Of course, you still remain the mentor and keep a watch over silently, behind the scene!!!
