Losing previously active people might have different reasons.
- Private reasons: illness/death in family or close friends, not enough spare time, overworked, accidents, natural disasters, changes in private life (new living place, kids)
<<< Well, not much we can do about this situation. We can just tell them they can come back any time and we still will be there for them with even more advices and experiences they can use for their own growth
- Mentality reasons: feels unsuccessful, unrewarded, unmotivated; SFI business opportunities don't match with his ideal workplace
<<< If the affiliate still reacts, try to contact him directly and ask what's wrong. If it is just the missing success help him/her to review the actions and share new methods. If SFI seemingly doesn't match his ideal, find out what that ideal is and its equals in SFI - show him/her how funny and inspirational networking marketing can be.
- Business reasons: missing continued sponsoring, losing people, missing results
<<< What does a sponsor tell its affiliates that are already longer at SFI? Share and discuss news, ideas, experiences; find out whats going on on either side, maybe you both will find even more ideas together; review the actions not only by ToDo-list but also by checking out the advertising and sponsoring methods - maybe there's another approach better or a possibility was overseen.
If one keeps telling even advanced affiliates only the basic stuff (dailies, duplication) he won't even look at the mails anymore because they aren't the least bit useful for him.
- Communication error: affiliate does not react anymore. Communication always takes at least two people. If the affiliate did retreat (but not opt out) send him regular ecards to encourage him and to show that you are still here and will help him. Don't stop to give him incentives to communicate more with you (of course without spamming).
