Loosing people in a Residual Business is never new. Indeed, I have lost many of my downline who were extremely active and also were E365 Champions of their class. Here, I can show you some ways which you can apply to give your best chance to retain them.
1. Any member in SFI, must need a cause to stay. That means, either he must be getting good commissions, Gift Certificates (Incentives), Winning auctions, Generating sales from own ECA. So, it is very important for the sponsor to ensure that his/her down line has a cause to stay.
2. If you some of your PSA is going down, then you can promise him a constant support to build his team. Start making campaign to get him some PSAs along with yours. This will increase his motivations and give him confidence.
3. Try to give some incentives when he reaches a certain goal. This will at least give him the believe that he gets back at least few percentage of the investment he did for the goal.
4. Help him with practical tips which can make him win some of the auctions. This will encourage him to stay active.
I trust, these ways can really help you keep your real active people certainly active.
