Their is no sure way to ensure they will use the TC gift card but be sure to inform them that they can exchange a gift card absolutely free of charge.
Send them examples of what they can purchase with the gift cards.
Also considering rewarding your movers with a gift card as this might encourage them to put in more effort on earning more VP's.
