Remind them that the first objective in SFI is to earn as many VersaPoints as you can each month. The more VP you score, the higher your rank and the more you can earn from the TripleClicks Executive Pool. To receive a share of the companywide pool there must be a minimum of 1500 VP a month!
These points can be obtain by completing a number of simple tasks such as, completing tabs, completing survey, participating in free competitions and responding to questions asked every day of the month.
Whenever you sign up an affiliate, you need help them become active doing these basics explained above. Once you teach them, encourage them, and cheer them on they will be scoring VersaPoints for a multitude of actions and sponsoring their own affiliates every month and adding generations to your team. From here, your earnings can explode because you can now be earning thousands of additional shares of the TripleClicks Executive Pool because of the actions of generations of affiliates under you.
Since your affiliates should be doing this too, they need to see your example first of all. Your badges are a fine example of this. Some persons need to see actual examples to be motivated to do the same. Continue to encourage them as much as you can and communicate to each individual separately.
Find out what they need to be logging on each day. Some may not be even aware of what exactly is expected on them. Don’t give up on anyone. Always give them the benefit of the doubt. Remind them of how the E365 competition works. Their Versapoints play a big part in this achievement.
