You could do any number of things:
1. Point them to the successful affiliates-they have some things in common- one of them, a badge for Daily Versapoints Streak with an impressive number. Lesson: It is a recipe for success.

2. Refer them to your Versapoints Streak Badge: Lesson: Your are leading by example. It is a recipe for your success.

3. Do the math for them. 30 x 11 330 VPs just to do the daily actions, 30 x 4 for group mailer, 5 x 4 for TConnect, 3 x 4 for Stream Post. That's 120 + 20 + 12. There is an extra 15 points for setting goals and rating your Sponsor. Total 497 VPs and that's the minimum as some months carry 31 days and sometimes you can actually end up getting an extra 38 points if there are 5 weeks in the month. SFI has also just added a daily Survey so they can pick up an extra 30 AVP.

4. Set up a contest and promote the contest among your team members for logging in every day. You could reward them with TCredits, participation in a co-op, sponsorship of Wave3 membership, etc.

Do what you can to motivate them but in the end they have to show a desire to want to build their business. If you have done everything and they don't budge or they quit, cheer up, move on, go find the next affiliate who might just be a worker.

As a Team Leader, if you are to convince your new affiliates to log in everyday, you must be doing that yourself in the first place as their example. As soon as you received your new PSAs don’t waste time in sending them your welcome message. By doing this, you’re giving them that very important first impression and start building relationship on their first day.

What you should be doing to encourage them to log in to their SFI homepage everyday:

- You should start directing them on their first day to focus on SFI BASICS and Launchpad. Let them know that the two sections are very important to understand, which formed the concept of SFI.

- Emphasize to them that logging in daily, performing the To-Do List and taking a topic to learn from SFI Tools and Resources one at a time are good habits to become successful.

- Send them messages consistently and always be ready to respond to their inquiries. As a good practice, send them your tips and advice/recommendations once or twice a week depending on the priority of your message.

- Identify the common challenges of your new affiliates as they embark in venturing SFI and make a list with corresponding solutions using SFI Tools and Resources. You can also share your experience if applicable.

- Organize a contest such as top VP earners, sponsoring affiliates, become EA and so on. Depending on your budget, you can offer TCredits or Gift Certificates and always include your Leadership page in your correspondence.

- Monitor their activities using Genealogy. Here you’ll find out if they need assistance in doing their Getting Started actions and offer your help.

- Send them messages of motivation through the Stream Posts or Genealogy and encourage them to become active members of the SFI community by participating in the SFI Forum.

This question is good question and has a very simple answer.

First of all, you should not have to convince your downline to login daily and perform their daily, weekly, and monthly actions. If you do, then you are likely going to end up with a group of likely non action takers. Also, it is likely they did not take the time to do the training because if they did, they would know themselves the importantance of logging in daily.

If you want to get their attention though, just show them or reference all the big leaders' leadership pages. Why? Because most if not all the big leaders or successful members all have daily streaks of 180 days or 365 day badges. What this means is that one of the requirements for success duplication in SFI to obtain success is logging in daily. Therefore, if you don't want to login daily, then you might as well quit as you will likely not succeed in SFi.

This is how you can get the attention of your line right from the start and save you time and headaches long term. To be successful in SFI, you must log in daily to the affiliate center because if you don't you are not duplicating what works. If you don't duplicate what works, then you are likely going to fail.

Accumulating Versapoints

Versapoints=Commisions: This is the point for making money on SFI. You must emphasize the red tabs to them because these will give them some of the action points they need in order to get the highest points possible every month (This is the objective of accumulating Versapoints)and become an Executive Affiliate.

You must show them that the to do list has a list of things to do in order to get points every day and by logging in everyday they have a chance to learn all the material provided in the getting started section because this allows them to learn each aspect of how SFi works one bit at a time. Imagine if they try to read all the getting started materials and laucnhpad in one day it will be overwhelming so instead this should be done in little bits just a few hours or minutes a day.

The most important thing here is that SFI is not an automated money making machine where you just sign in and do something just once and then money will flow into their purses it is an affiliate center where you have to log into everyday and work in order to build your business, in order to kick start a business you have to spend a few minutes a day online doing one thing or another in order to start seeing money.

Long story short - it's a sure way to earn VP!

It's also very useful, because everything is in one place - from important reminders on Alerts page to marketing tools needed to promote and expand their business.

Every VP is important as we all learn at the end of every month.

Also, to-do-list we can clearly see which daily, weekly or monthly tasks we missed, so we can compensate. There are important tips to read, usefull posts from other members etc. maybe we find on Trpleclicks something we need at much lower price. Affiliate Center also provides a possibility to track our own progress and progress of our PSAs and CSAs so we could help if it's needed. There's also a great opportunity every day to win great prizes through Daily Grand and play games that can also bring us many TCs. And what's most important - all of above help us earn valuable VPs.

All in all - it's useful, it's fun and it brings points, so I don't know why anyone wouldn't want to log in daily if takes SFI seriously as we all should.

Whenever I discuss SFI with prospects, I give them a full overview of SFI and the importance of logging on 24/7. Therefore my work becomes a lot easier when they join. I make sure that they have understood these factors which will be instrumental in the Affiliate becoming successful.....and being successful means generating an income which is the reason why they join.

* the business is based on making daily points
* the commissions are calculated on the points, whether they are sales or action points
* your progress is directly related to the points you make
* you have goals to guide you through your progress
* therefore logging in daily is or prime importance-it is my responsibility to ensure that I have pointed this out before they join.

SFI is your business and when you do not log in daily, how would you expect the business to prosper, how do you service your customers, how do you know what is going on in the world of SFI?

The SFI system has been set up in a way that if you do not log in daily you speed up a negative ripple effect so:

1..You do not make points - this impacts on your minimum status requirement.

2..When you do not make the minimum status requirement, you do not earn any income

3..When you do not earn any income, you obviously are going to be demotivated to continue.

4..The end result is that you give up on SFI

Therefore a committed affiliate is bound to understand that logging in starts off a series of events which help you towards financial freedom which is main reason Affiliates join SFI. I doubt it that I would need to provide any further explanations to support my reasoning or convince the Affiliate to log in daily.

First of all, Step by step your conversation with them is the most important here to make them understand what SFI is and how to do it to Success.  Describe the simple step of the main factor as per you experience being an SFI Affiliate.
 
1. Positive Attitude and Motivated.
-  First of all, Use your motivation to explain SFI in simple way to make them understand and excited.
 
2. To do List.
- Tell them the Simple step and the most important – To do list and the benefit of it. Make it easy everyday to earn 11VP or more. By doing this every day it would become a hobby for them and next become a habit. Once become habit it would bring them to Success. Who know? May be from TO DO LIST can make them know all about SFI. If possible, Send them YouTube link such as sfimg.com in a quick lesson for to do list to make them understand more. Never give up for to do list everyday!
 
3. Launchpad Training.
- SFI itself has a great Launchpad Training system for their Affiliates.
 
4. SFI Basic – the most powerful step in making second residual income and describe it as you knew it. The 3 Step Plan.
 
3.  Tripleclick the great Store.
 - Activity and fun at Tripleclick such as ECA the most benefit, Pricebender Auction, more great game like KO Trivia, Eager zebra, PTP and many more. Share, explain and describe your success story in how you win it and how many times you participate.
 
4. You lead by example.
 – tell them how you success in SFI and how you do. Prove yourself to them. Use duplication system to do exactly what you did to yourself.

There are some reasons for logging in at the affiliate center.


Score daily 11 VPs by reading all red tabs. These 11 VPs are valuable as they are counted as Action VPs. And action VPs are important when affiliate tries for Leadership position. Minium 1000 Action VPs are required for BTL level. Why waste this precious opportunity?

On affiliate center we get ALERT TAB. Reading Alert tab is like Reading LATEST NEWS paper Headlines. It keeps up update about new opportunities to score more VP, New Contests declared, Policy changes. On the same tab we see the latest POSTs under discussion in forum. Some of the topics are very much related to the issues we are coming across in our SFI business and Forum is the best way to know in depth about the topic under discussion.

Since all of us have joined SFI as a part time or full time business it is very much essential to know our BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT.

On affiliate center we know our current VP score , Our ranking can be seen. For new affiliates they should check their scoreboard tab to know their position in E365 contest , whether they are above green line or below green line.

We can set our Goals, review the goals etc.



Another important aspect of logging in Affiliate center is to know about the messages we received from Sponsor or SFI management or A2a members. Reading them is very much important. Some messages are about closeout deals on tripleclicks products. If we do not read the messages we shall loose opportunity to communicate with topline/ downline other members , and to save money too.

We might get opportunity to chat online with our Team members including upline or PSAs or CSAs too.

Above are just a few examples why one should log in daily in Affiliate center.

I hope your affiliates can understand the importance of it if you add more examples in it from your side and send them as a mail in your team mail .

Challenge them, and reward their efforts with words of encouragement.

Post, publicly winners to Daily Grand, so they stay focused and enter contests, daily...and congratulate when they win.

Send weekly communication letters with inspiring quotes, announcements, or events upcoming, give them something to look forward to, and a reason to return to visit.

If they are not logging in, daily...try to reach them off-line, too...and communicate on FaceBook, Twitter, by phone, by email, or other social media. Always mention how to reach you on SFI and other places, if they see it, enough, they may get inspired to be just as active as you are.

Ask them what inspires them, learn about them, help them with advice how to reach their goals with SFI, and ask them to get credit for their goals, each month...make sure to notice their efforts, and accomplishments. Help them set realistic attainable goals.measure their results.

Dear SFI colleague,
easiest way to convince new affiliates in anything you want is to tell them they should make SFI their office and thing about this as a real job. Compare it with any job you want and tell them that no one will pay them to do nothing! No one!
Convince them that every VP matters, every click leads them to success so it is crucial to make SFI first stop on Internet. Tell them it`s only one hour of their lives a day, tell them they do that for themselves. If they don`t do that no one will! Use your own example, make this intimate, friendly advice and offer help. At first, most PSAs are simply lost in huge amount of information on SFI site, some of them do not speak English or are not able to filter important information from forum and marketing tools. So, be helpful, explain them first steps step by step, aim them to most important lessons, walk in their shoes. If you don`t know what to point at just remember what was the most complicate to you when you start and what would you do different if you start over. The best answers are always simple.
