I think the best incentive to offer prospects is support.
Tell them about all the support they will receive from you AND from all the other sources of support
that is available when they join SFI.
1. Support from you by your role as team leader. You will be there for guidance and advice for them
when the need it and because you will be sending weekly team mailings and streams. Your contact info
and availability and willingness to communicate.
2. Recognition for their achievements from not only SFI admin like badges, prizes, commissions but also
by you - let them know the kind of support they will get from you.
3. Support via forum, ask sc, free training, articles, reviews if they have products to sell. Also, a2a support system.
These offerings of support they will get might be a better place to start before giving something physical that costs
you money. Advise how they will not have to figure out things on their own.
Save spending money on them until they are active and wait until you know if they are workers.
The only exception to this rule would be a promise for future reward for achieving team leader rank and for keeping
that rank for set number of months by you. You could promise free psa's that you will give for free for reaching such
a set goal as holding rank for set amount of time by you.
