Hi Diana, your question is a natural and regular one, and let us discuss a bit about what I think.
When a PSA wants to quit, I think as a sponsor, it is our fault. It implies that we have not studied the psycho of the PSA. From the beginning we should tell our PSAs not to make investments unless absolutely necessary. This would naturally make the PSA feel that his sponsor is not after the commission.
In the next step, we should guide him to buy 125 pack, 100 pack or required number of 1 TCredit pack, whichever is cheapest requirement for his promotion. Alternatively, if we feel that the PSA is financially very weak but very sincere in his work, we should tell him, if required on DAY 2, to start recruiting PSAs. We can at this stage, point out to him the TEAM LEADERSHIP & SUPPORT section. This section indicates the AVP a sponsor gains by getting his PSAs promoted. This, by inference, would give him more ideas.
Lastly, we should try to involve the PSAs in the games, and encourage him till he is addicted.
In the mean time, we have enough opportunity to show him the INCOME CALCULATOR.
This, I think is enough. Your PSA would not want to quit. As long as a PSA stays, both SFI and the Upline stand to gain.
Best of luck.
