How to deal with your PSAs who are thinking of quitting for spending more than what they are receiving?
- Establish dialogue between you and your PSAs. Organize an online meeting using Facebook, Skype or other social media available on the web. Direct communication is very effective in this kind of situation, where you can meet your PSAs personally online. You do need to consider the best time for everyone to meet. You’re not only getting to know your PSAs closer but establishing close relationship in your team.
- Be specific in discussing the issues with your PSAs. Maybe there are parts of the SFI tools and resources that need to be clarified, so that they will understand and improve their SFI business operation and increase their receivables.
- Show them the big picture of their SFI/TripleClicks business. It could be that they are solely focusing on getting their money back that they have spent after a few months and not seeing the big picture, the future of SFI and TripleClicks. Remind them about the facts, the latest stats on SFI/TripleClicks such as 16th successful year for SFI (29th for SFI's parent company), 14-year Bronze member of Better Business Bureau, 1.5 million affiliates (29,349 new added last week), 2.7 million TripleClicks members, 99,000+ commissionable products (627 new added last week), Millions - Commissions paid out to our affiliates (in US Dollars) and so on.
- Let them know that you fully support them and encourage them to get involved in SFI Forum, read motivation post or interact with other affiliates. This will get them to be active and increase the momentum of their SFI business.
