I believe it starts with being a good sponsor who is up to speed in his/her training. You need to believe it yourself that there is potential with SFI & TC before you can begin showing your team affiliates that this is a real time business and not just another fly by nighter.
You have to develop a vision that is comprehensive and where you can see the ups and downs of this business and how to improvise when you don't have what you need at the moment.
Since there is more responsibility in being a team leader, it is essential to know many facts about your work, familiarity with marketing/advertising, and the ability to keep going even when your business doesn't seem get any higher than your own ceiling.
Show your team affiliates that there are other ways to earn along side the main high way that we're on when building your down line team. Also show them this is a long-term business and that we need a willingness to invest time and enthusiasm to reach our ultimate goals.
