I have found that most people, whenever starting anything new, tend to stick with what they are most comfortable with. This often means that there is no one single method that applies to everyone because everyone is different. We all have our own strengths and weaknesses.
With that said, and knowing that you have asked for "the best", meaning one method, I am actually going to illustrate two methods that can work very well for most.
The first is simply word of mouth advertising. This method can encompass both online and offline. Because the world is vastly technical and there are countless numbers online, many of us have buily vast networks of online friends and acquaintances. And when talking about offline, aside from our existing family and friends, many of us come into contact with different people every day. Whether they be a teller at our bank, the grocery store clerk who processes your purchase, the stranger you pass by on the street. Any of these could be a potential new business partner, but they will never be your business partner if they don't know about your business. Strike up conversations, show a genuine interest in them (ie. You, you, you... not me, me, me), learn about their life, their family, their goals and desires. Listen for clues and reply with specific facets of the SFI business to apply to them personally.
The second is posting ads to various free ad posting sites. While time consuming, this will reach a vast number of people, and as long as the ads you are placing are targeted, then the people viewing your ads are those who are already searching for a home-based business. There are countless numbers of sites that offer free advertising, which is of immense value to business beginners. Most who are just starting out don't usually have access to large amounts of money to invest and so these free sites are very useful in keeping costs down to a minimum.
