If we talk about Skype, you can organize video conferences with groups of people that you want to start in this business. I've known people who are equipped in this way, using a Facebook page to organize groups of motivated affiliates to advertise the activities. Together other curious people, and invite them to follow video conferencing, scheduled once a week. In this case we need a person who is able to motivate the environment, to extend the interest. Regarding YouTube, the speech is very different. We should equip themselves with software for making movies, complete with music and words. Trying to explain the activity in a manner appealing and simple, letting slide images that attract interest. YouTube also need to advertise, and I think it is, compared to Skype, a formula much longer and more challenging, but still positive.
